Distribution of Stuttering Severity

If the general consensus is that 1% of the general population stutters. Of that 1% (1 out of 100), how do you think stuttering severity is distributed? For example, how about 5-10% severe stutterers, 50-70% mild stuttering, 30-40% moderate stutterers as measured by the Stuttering Severity Instrument. In other words.....most stutterers are really "mild stutterers"? And how accurate is the 1%estimation, didn't some people estiimate the true prevalence to be 0.1% to 1%. Thanks!
