It's one of a series of similiar websites claiming similarly unrealistic results. "Stop Stuttering with Dr. Brendar Carey" (Stopmystutter.com) is an example of the second type - a legitimate program which uses unreal claims ("stop your stutter"), implying that they really can stop your stutter.
