Dr. Shield's suggestion to contact a Board Recognized Fluency Disorders Specialist is a good one. I tried to find information in the research and you might want to check scholar.google.com with the key words stuttering +"cerebal palsy". It appears most of the references are from the '40's and even early, but I spotted one article pretty quickly that might be worth taking a look at -- Woods, Fuqua, and Waltz, Evaluation and elimination of an avoidance response in a child who stuttering: A case study, Journal of Fluency Disorders Volume 22, Issue 4, November 1997, Pages 287-297 reports treatment of a 6-year old child with cerebral palsy who also stuttered.
