Hey peter (and Bob ,are you there?),very professional paper(i must mention like [Peter] everything you do). I dont really treated with this method,so i prefer not discuss about something i dont really know. I just will tell you(again?)that my past FS therapist told me to breath whenever i feel i will stutter, and this was the only two weeks of my life, that i was total fluent. Until now he(my past therapist) claim that if i only proceed doing it,i would be fluent. I think that it brought me fluency because instead tensing i did something else (like you mention in the paper "distraction"). And when i felt it didnt help,i started to tense again more and more. I have the feeling that this is true to "Costal Breathing" also (and to other methods also) Thanks Peter and Bob"the expert"
