Thank you for your paper. I have a couple comments, base don my experience as a PWS. 1) Johnston's statements seem to have little validity. They would not be of benefit to me. 2) Practicing breathing helps me. I do it while meditating and gibing myself positive affirmations. The process helps me significantly, and I am sure that practicing the breathing brings about a large part of that help. In my stuttering, I tend to block towards the end of my breath, and then my body is locked and I cannot breath in with ease. It takes me a while to gain control of my diaphragm and to inhale. Practicing breathing, focusing on the diaphragm during inhalation, seems to help. I am not sure if my comments are helpful or not. Thanks again for your paper and for taking the time to share. Hanan
