In my experience, I've seen PWSC be both extroverted and introverted. But making judgments based on one's personal experiences may not be accurate as the 'sample size' is likely to be too small. This is a difficult group to research because PWSC aren't anxious to be identified as stuttering and are therefore less likely to become involved in studies.
