I really enjoyed this paper Gary. I think Covert Stuttering is one of the least covered topics in the field of stuttering and fluency disorders because of the way PWSC go to great lengths to hide their stuttering. It's nice to be reminded of this 'subgroup' of PWS and the implications their emotions and thoughts have on therapy goals (more focus on desensitisation, feelings and thoughts and disclosing to melt away the bottom of the ice berg). Kind regards, Voon.
