Holly, the answer to that is "yes".. however, PWSC try to minimize or conceal their secondary characteristics too. Basically the "scheme" is to hide their stuttering and as you have undoubtedly learned in your class, the secondary behaviors arise only when there is stuttering, overt or covert. In practice, the secondary characteristics of PWSC are usually much more subtle than with "regular stuttering".
