Its easy to blame stuttering for so many of our shortcomings and "nonsuccesses" is life. I used to think that some people didn't like me because I stuttered. Eventually I got over my stuttering and found that some people still didn't like me. Accepting who you are, that your stutter, and taking responsibility for (all) your behaviors (stuttering vs. being fluent) can sometimes seem overwhelming. Very astute observations Ashley.
