Thank you for sharing your experiences. I found it interesting that you stated that stuttering was poisoning your body and soul. I have never thought of it that way but it does, in fact take over. And in your case it even hurt you physically. By the way, great to hear that your better now! Even though honesty, or acceptance is obviously a major part to feeling better about your stutter, did you receive and formal therapy before and/or after "honesty?"
