This type of stuttering is aquired or neurogenic stuttering. There is a lovely chapter by De Nil, Jokel and Rochon about how to treat neurogentic stuttering that I would highly recommend. One tricky thing about Parkinsonism is that the balance of dopaminergic drugs in the system highly influences stuttering. If it is severe, you can work with the neurologist to try a difference balance of drugs to control both gross motor symptoms and stuttering. Gerry McGuire has a new chapter in the Guitars "treatment of stuttering" textbook which provides a great deal of information on new pharmacological advances in stuttering.
