Hi Reuben. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. As a SLP grad student, your experience is very insightful and inspirational. Can you share specifically what you do on your own to be an effective communicator(in everyday situations)? Also, do you feel you must consciously apply your fluency shaping tools during times of disfluency or do you find that application of your tools comes automatically? Lastly, in what way does speech therapy with a SLP continue to be beneficial? Thanks Reuben. I wish you well in your future endeavors!
