Your journey and understanding of the mechanisms behind your progress is very impressive. Thank you for sharing your story! What was your experience with stuttering as a child/teenager? Because many people who stutter often describe their adolescent years as the most difficult, I am interested to know what strategies and/or support systems you used during that period of your life.
