It is great to hear how much you have overcome Reuben. I also believe that a part of therapy and treatment is what you put into it outside of the clinic, without your SLP. A client has to be dedicated and motivated to work on the assignments given by the SLP outside of the weekly or monthly sessions. Even when a client is done with therapy they should continue to be their own SLP and monitor their own speech. Treating stuttering is a lifelong process.
