Kalli, Building confidence is something done in steps. I keep working on more of those steps every day. My SLP’s helped me find the specific steps to take when in the process to build to the next level. We talk about a hierarchy of situations and planning assignments that fit the situation and a reasonable expectation. Success builds success and that is the foundation of confidence.
