I’m glad you enjoyed the paper. Several people on this conference have shared your sentiment. Take a look at Vince Vawter’s post earlier (October 3) in response to my paper, and to others in the Professor is In (about “the C word”). Over the last 35 years, people who stutter and their families have taught me that intervention and working toward fluency freedom are about hope, trust, courage, and faith.
