Good question, Alexandra. I do engage in phone practice with clients who want to address their fear of making phone calls. To be honest, I've never had a child say that he or she wanted to work on phone skills. I ask, but they usually say they don't talk on the phone that much. The teens tend to resort to texting these days, so I rarely find one who is motivated to work on phone fears. That is usually something that becomes more important once an older teen has a job or for adults in the work force. So, I think it could be a great idea, if you can find a child who actually wants to do this!! With adults, they most often choose to call businesses to ask questions rather than do a survey. Best wishes as you continue your education. Thanks for posting your comment and question. Regards, Lynne
