Dr. Shields, I really like this activity because it's about putting the child in control of therapy. Do you find that when children are given more autonomy and control, they progress quicker in therapy than children who are told and specifically instructed on each activity that takes place in the therapy room? Just wondering what your personal experience was with this. Thank you!
