I have never thought of using a survey as a therapy technique. Throughout my undergrad schooling we have talked about many different therapy ideas and treatment techniques. This is an idea that I think would be definitely positive. If I may ask, what kind of feedback do you receive from those individuals being surveyed? Do they usually question why they are being asked these questions? Thank you!
