Mindfulness what a beautiful word. I am so glad to see someone that stresses the importance of this technique. While I personally am not a person who stutters I have used a spin off of mindfulness for my daily anxiety. I feel as though how we view ourselves is the key to life. The awareness we have over our thought process and our actions plays a large role in our happiness and success in life. To find a method of relaxation that allows a person to gather their thoughts and comfortably push through the usually uncomfortable situation is lovely. Congratulations for being a brave soul and sharing your method of happiness, this takes courage and strength.
