It often proves useful to have those in stuttering therapy (as well as some other therapies) develop a log both to see their own changes and improvements and as a way for both client and clinician to monitor things. Logs can take two basic forms. One is where the client keeps track of activities relating to his stuttering therapy and the other is where the client keeps a sort of diary of feelings in situations and how he/she copes with those feelings. The RET homeowrk reports are originally set up as a psychotherapy tool as Ken points out but the same reports can be used for daily information without the psychotherapy. There are obviously lots of ways to do this but the RET report form might simply be used for a little structure.
