As a parent myself of four children (which includes one with a diagnosis of Aspergers) and as a graduate student, I understand the various reasons that parents cannot do as much as they would like. However, there are choices around each and every corner of our/their precious lives. Some argue that parents don't have that many choices, but I would have to disagree.
