Hi John and Jim, Thank you for reporting on the interesting results of the NSA/FRIENDS survey. Digressing slightly - I feel that parents should resist the temptation to be over-protective of their offspring. Whilst they will, understandably, wish to shield the children from embarrassment, I think it is important that they encourage them to take every opportunity to speak on their own behalf. Such interaction is essential if they are to acquire confidence and social skills. I appreciate, of course, that each individual is different. Kindest regards Alan
