Lori, We do not have any survey data on the issues related to awareness differences between parents and teens. Honestly, our results are not surprising to me. You, as a parent, are the exception to what I have seen in my career. Most parents want us to simply "fix" their kids. They don't really want to participate much or don't know how to participate, or don't even know that they are supposed to participate. We need to educate them (parents) as much as their children.
