Hello Dr. Tetnoski and Jim, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this paper, and what I am really excited about is that the trend seems to be more parents want to be involved with early intervention as they are realizing how critical it is to offer a child who stutters strong moral and emotional support. I know there are some parents who believe that "Well, I don't stutter, so I can't really relate to how my child is," but this is where a strong commitment of character is needed. I know there is always more work to be done, but I felt it has to be said that "It takes a village (of parents) to raise a child who stutters. It is that village that can create a positive environment and one never knows what that child may turn out to be. Keep up the work you both do-and see you in FLA!
