Great idea Michelle! I certainly think that it would be doable in a group of students with different difficulties. Students get teased for their speech issues, whether it is articulation distortion, language delay or stuttering. They all need to learn how to self advocate. Plus, it will help the child who stutters to develop perspective and empathy for other communication difficulties and become a mentor for those students. A win-win situation for everyone!
