Thanks for sharing your recent experiences and realizations made in these past couple of years. I had to smile when you said that the therapy techniques were more like gimmicks, and that confidence was more important. It took me a while as an slp to realize that not every person who stutters really cared about being fluent all the time. You are so right to put communication first, and the rest falls into place one way or another.
