I truly enjoyed hearing the story of how you have dealt with stuttering and found the advice you gave in the article to be wonderful. I am an undergraduate student studying to be a speech language pathologist and it is always helpful to be able to hear the real stories of people who have lived with or live with stuttering. It provides students, like me, with information and advice that we may never read in a text book. In the section titled "to the speech clinician", the statement "I always will maintain that transfer is more important than in-clinic therapy" really stood out to me. I will always remember this piece of advice.
