The truthfulness and "straight to the point" attitude in this post was very refreshing. How amazing that you have come to terms so well with your stutter that you now can honestly say that you are proud of where you are today. As a future clinician, in therapy sessions, do you think it would be more appropriate to focus on the fact that "stuttering is not cured, it is something you overcome" or the idea that "therapy will make everything okay and you will no longer have any issues? What is your take on this?
