Hi. It is difficult to live in places where speech therapists don't really get stuttering, and I do understand. I know more and more therapists in the USA are interested in teletherapy. Your only way to find one would be to contact some and shop around until you settle on one whom you click with. Various websites have lists of support groups and speech therapists who deal with stuttering. www.stuttertalk.com, www.westutter.org and I think the American Stuttering Foundation does also. This may be a question to ask one of the professionals on this forum. Be prepared for the costs, different time zones and occasional technology hiccups. Good luck.
