I enjoyed reading your article, this was very interesting. I am sure it was frustrating that you were not asked the questions that you took the time to think about and write out. Also, seeing that they gave you a specific time frame, it is annoying that you stressed about it, making sure it was going to fit, had a late night at your sons sporting events, and then left extra early to get there. Then you are simply thrown into something, asked questions you were not prepared for, do a great job answering them, and then cannot get ahold of the video. I guess this is a good learning experience that that is kind of the way life can go. When I plan therapy for my clients, in the beginning I would sometimes get discouraged when what I had planned back fired, but I shortly learned that that is how it goes when working with people and you have to expect the unexpected!
