Hi Dr. Williams, I truly enjoyed reading your article - love your sense of humor. Like you I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, "The King's Speech". Have you used any clips from the movie with clients? If so, how did they respond? Most of the students I work with at the middle and high school level, believe that they don't stutter, when in fact there is a breakdown in their fluency (part and whole repetitions, blocks, and some secondary behaviors). Do you have any therapy ideas for helping this age group? Thank you.
