Sharon - I've talked to clients about the movie, but haven't shown clips. Re teens, I was just talking to my treatment methods class about this (including the denial you mention). There are no sure-fire solutions, but some of the things that help are understanding the pressures and changes faced by teens, including peer pressure; empathy; good humor without making fun; and discussing issues with the teen before doing so with parents.
