Hi, certainly there must be PWS with vocal folds problems. If they talk too loud, or shout too much, or are smokers, etc. Coincidently enough, those who I have evaluated did not have any. Presently, I am working with a 5 year old girl that is pretty dysphonic. She talks without stop, stutters a little and when in school, yells a lot. I did not look at her folds because she has been improving with the management techniques we are working with. Thanks for your participation!
