Thank you for your thought provoking and informative research; I found it very interesting and I would be interested to see what the outcomes of the larger sample will be. The last video clip of the bi-lingual individual intrigued me. You mentioned that he stuttered worse in the English language, which was not his first. However, I know of one experience in which a person stuttered less in their second language. They hypothesized it was due to the individual reducing his rate and therefore producing less tension. Another tri-lingual individual I worked with spoke with the same amount of disfluencies in all of his languages. Thank you once again for your post, as well as the informational videos. I found them very helpful!
