As I was reading about the research, I was wondering if fluency clients with hyper functioning laryngeal muscles might benefit from some of the voice therapy techniques such as laryngeal massage or progressive muscle relaxation techniques to modify the learned behavior of tensing laryngeal muscles during a moment of stuttering.
