Welcome to the 2012 ISAD Online Conference. I hope that you found (or will find) my paper of interest. Please feel free to post your comments and/or ask me any questions you wish. Having contributed to each of the last eleven conferences, I always look forward, with eager anticipation, to the meaningful feedback that I receive from all corners of the globe. I thoroughly enjoy the daily interaction and greatly appreciate the fact that so many of you take time out of your busy lives to participate in the threaded discussion. I value each and every response. There may be occasions when (due to personal commitments) I will not readily have online access.
