Hi Alan, We met on an internet stuttering group about ten years. As I remember it, I had posted something about having difficulty giving up on word switching and you replied about how you would stop yourself if you word switch. I started trying to do the same. Now I will stop and tell the person I am speaking to that I word switched and I need to go back say what I going to say. This new mindset has really helped. Sorry it has taken so long to thank you! I am joining you this year with my own post in, ISAD Paths Toward Recovery.
