Hi Ann Marie, I am most grateful to you for reading my paper and taking the time to provide feedback. Whilst my experiences of online discussion groups have been overwhelmingly positive, my earlier responses to Kerry and Stephanie touch upon the possible influence (upon a group) of non-positive members.
