The main accommodation in school I'd recommend is ensuring that the teacher(s) know what stuttering is and what it isn't. Awareness can go a long way toward being more tolerant of disfluencies in speaking. Giving more time for speeches, not grading on fluency or speed, asking the student what s/he would prefer when it comes to reading aloud, not singling out the student, not tolerating teasing or bullying.
