Thanks Kaitlyn. I don't really recall my starting age, but I have poems from all of my teen years. One was even posted on a class reunion list. I had forgotten all about it! I believe expressing yourself, through writing, music, art, theatre, is a great way of therapy that might be used by SLPs as well. Happy ISAD!
