Hi, thanks for visiting my paper. :-) Today, when I read my work, I feel mixed emotions. I feel proud of where I am today, knowing where I came from. The saying is so right, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I feel on top of the world today. Strong, confident. I am also happy I can use humor in my writing and in the way I look at stuttering today. Humor is the best medicine. And share my stories with whoever wants to hear. (And even to those who don't :-) ). But I also feel sad, as i wished I had share earlier in life. Found the help and the friends and support I have today. Found my voice. Sad to read about my lows. Sad to know so many people are still there. But that makes me even more determined to write, to talk, to express myself. And hope to "infect" people with that positive "virus". :-) Happy ISAD! I really appreciate you sharing this!! I enjoyed them very much! I know you said this was an outlet for you but does it ever bring up bad feeing when you reread your work?
