Fantastic listen, I feel I am getting to the point now where I 'observe' rather than judge myself when I stutter, and I don't allow bad experiences to create unnecessary bad feelings. // Definitely freeing myself from the need to be fluent was important for me. I never really blamed or hated myself for stuttering. Sometimes I think I should try harder or push myself more, but I feel that self-acceptance and understanding is more important for me. With that, I will move gradually along the road to more complete recovery.
