Your article was very interesting and informational! It helped me look at the many emotions and pressures that are associated with coming out or staying in the closet. You wrote that PWCS can come out with allowing a stutter to occur with no apologies or direct attention to the stutter. If a person is disfluent and presents a stutter on accident (because one cannot always hide a disfluency) does that mean that they just 'came out'? What would the criteria be to decide if one cam out on purpose or on accident? Would it depend greatly on when and where the disfluency occurred and who witnessed it?
