I think first and foremost a school system or employment setting needs to establish and practice equal opportunities free of judgement. This can be done by educating and promoting individuality. Best of luck with graduate school, attend a NSA support group (if there is one in your area) to understand the cognitive and emotional components of stuttering on a more personal level!
