Hi Kelsie, great question, thank you for sharing. Based on anecdotal evidence, the stuttering severity of a PWSC varies with the individual. I understand your thought process that if someone is able to be covert then that must mean they have minimal stuttering, although it is not that simple. A person who is covert may be word switching and avoiding constantly in all parts of their life. Kind regards, Jill
