Excellent paper. There is a strong fluency focus over here in the southern hemisphere and when I was going through my undergrad course a few years back it was all about practice. I know I have been guilty of this as well when working with adults but it make so much more sense to unravel the behaviour and address the feelings/thoughts first before going into modification. Thank you for sharing - this is a paper I will share with my colleagues! I hope they find it useful when they come across a client who says "If I practiced more, I would stutter less".
