Hello Diane. Thanks for the interesting paper. As a PWS, I think it's wonderful that some therapists are addressing the need to help overcome that which the PWS fears most. Therapy definitely needs to address the avoidance behaviours that PWS tend to perfect. I am sure many people will benefit greatly from your approach. Hanan
