Thanks for your kind words...Most of the activities that I discussed in the article can be adapted to individual treatment...in fact, I use most of the activities in both formats. I often invite another person into the room for practice..this can be a secretary or another professional. In group TX, you have more options for engagement, etc. but this can also work in Individual.
