We recently had a project in my fluency class where we had to go out in public, intentionally stutter, and report on the reactions of the people we interacted with. Everyone I encountered was patient and did not seem to notice or care about my 'stutters', much like you pointed out in your third activity. I can't imagine how much courage it must take to announce to people that you stutter. I am in awe and inspired by those who call attention to it directly, and even those who don't and just go on living their life. These activities you talked about, however, sound like wonderful ways to decrease fear (and it sounds like people had some fun doing them, too)!
